Carol has been living in and enjoying the lifestyle of Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley since 1974. She grew up in a real estate family in St. Louis, MO, graduated with a BS degree in Education from the University of MO, also had interest in dance and received a Dance Endorsement from Stephens College in Columbia, MO.
One week after graduation, she moved to Aspen just for the Summer...a familiar story of many locals! Carol has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Colorado since 1985 and has worked for Mason & Morse Real Estate ever since. She has earned her GRI and CRS designations and is a candidate for the CIPS designation in international real estate. She also plans to complete her CCIM designation for commercial real estate.
She has received many Mason & Morse awards for excellence in sales and also received the distinguished award of Realtor of the Year in 1996. She has been very involved in her state and local association including as President of the Aspen Board of Realtors, Chairperson of Political Legislative Committee, CARHOF(affordable housing) Chair, Vice Pres. of Communications for the Colorado Association, Chair of The Colorado Realtor News, and Chair of Small Board Forum for CAR.
She has been active on the Bd. of Dir. for Neighbor to Neighbor (Aspen's United Way), and other local committees. Carol loves hiking the mountains, skiing and biking. If you believe in the motto "If you want something done, give it to a busy person," Carol fits the bill.
