I spent 26 years waking up to those fabulous views in Missouri Heights. Biking up Basalt Mountain to that distinctive bend in the trail where you are immersed in trees and can hear the stream below. And, of course, I knew I found my next home back in 1991 after walking the trails of the inspiring open spaces at the Ranch at Roaring Fork. I know them all well.

My passions are helping sellers get the most for their property, finding that perfect home for buyers, keeping the community informed about the neighborhoods they live in, informing people about energy conservation, and taking every moment to treasure the valley I’ve inherently grown to love.

When you love the Roaring Fork Valley like I do, it’s easy to sell real estate in this valley. Carol is a Colorado native and graduate of Colorado State University. She has been awarded the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). A consistent high producer in sales, Carol has received several Exceptional Sales Volume Awards for the Carbondale office of Mason Morse Real Estate.
