Emma Casson grew up in Lake Forest, just north of Chicago and attended college at the University of Denver. Once the decision was made to head West, there was no looking back, Emma knew she wanted to be in the mountains!

Emma moved to Aspen in 2001, and left her advertising career behind to begin a new venture in real estate. Her first position so happened to be at Coldwell Banker Mason Morse. Over the past 10 years working in Aspen, Emma has touched all aspects of real estate including, fractional, commercial, and residential, sales and rentals.

In 2008, Emma moved her focus to luxury rentals. It was an immediate attraction having spent her youth traveling the world with her parents, her mother from Australia and father from England. Her passion is now to provide the luxury vacation experience to people from around the globe in Aspen & Snowmass. In 2011, Emma returned to Coldwell Banker Mason Morse to begin a new rental division.

Emma’s strong ethical approach to everything real estate related has led to trusted clients who return again and again, and homeowners who feel comfortable renting their properties under Emma’s supervision. Her mission is to pair homeowners and homes with well qualified, quality renters in the Aspen/Snowmass luxury marketplace.
Emma enjoys skiing, hiking with her two dogs: Labrador “Banjo” and new addition “Ellie” (a 97 lb. St. Bernard puppy), horseback riding, live music, and spending time in the mountains with friends and family.
