It’s no surprise that Heather Sinclair upholds the fine, results-oriented reputation in the industry she has, having come from such a renowned family of Architects and Developers. She is an efficient, relentless and creatively strategic Broker with more than 10 years in the business, and 15 years in Aspen. Heather combines her own expertise and market knowledge with the outstanding resources at Mason Morse. With a client base of personal referrals from satisfied Buyers and Sellers, the quality of service she provides is as individual as it is effective.

Heather attended FIT in New York, and majored in Advertising and Communications. Prior to her Real Estate career, Heather was employed by the award winning Little Nell Hotel in Hospitality Management. While the real estate business seems like a natural for Heather, her talent, hard work, commitment, and experience is exceptional.

In her 10 years as a Licensed Broker, she was involved in the launch of the Ritz Carlton Club, and sold the Snowmass Club as a Broker for the Aspen Skiing Company, and the Intrawest Corporation. Prior to joining Mason Morse as a General Real Estate Broker, she was the Managing Broker at the Hyatt Grand Aspen where she lead the team to over $100 million in Sales.

As a testament to her dedication to grow professionally, Heather is a recent graduate of the Executive Education Program at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

Heather’s life isn’t all Real Estate though. As a former World Champion competitor, she is an avid horsewoman. She likes to ski and travel to exotic locales with her Husband, and two children.
