Ever since Heather Sinclair learned how to ski in Snowmass at age 6, she dreamed of living in the Aspen area. Having lived in the Roaring Fork Valley now for 13 years, Heather has made a career of fulfilling those same aspirations for others.
As a Real Estate Broker for Mason Morse, Heather loves to help individuals and families build the same fond memories of the area that she has. Heather has spent her life surrounded by real estate, as her father is a developer and her husband, Rob Sinclair, is an architect. While the real estate business seems like a natural for Heather, her talent, hard-work, commitment and experience is exceptional. In her eight years as a licensed Broker, Heather worked for the Ritz Carlton Club and The Snowmass Club, and was most recently Managing Broker at the Hyatt Grand Aspen where she led the team to over $100 million in sales.
Prior to her real estate career, Heather was in hospitality management at The Little Nell. She attended FIT, SUNY and majored in advertising and communications.
As a testament to her dedication to grow professionally, Heather is a recent graduate of the Executive Education Program at the Wharton School of Business. She is also currently working on obtaining a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).
In addition to her commitment to the real estate business, Heather is devoted to her clients. Her approachable, genuine manner helps foster strong client relationships. Clients depend on Heather as a valuable resource for everything from advice on real estate values to where to go on Saturday night.
Heather’s life isn’t all real estate though. As a former World Championship competitor, she is an avid horsewoman. She also loves to ski and travel to exotic locales with her husband.
