Hedy, a native New Yorker, came to the valley in 1996, after having lived in the Midwest and East Coast area all her life. She has raised 4 children, pursued a long career in corporate banking and began selling real estate when she moved to Colorado. Hedy enjoys most any outdoor activity, including, biking, skiing, sailing, river rafting and gardening.

Hedy is a natural in finding the right property for her clients. She has insight and creativity to look for the real potential in a home, having personally bought and sold 11 homes over the years. As a result, her empathy with clients’ dreams and goals is well-grounded. She has remodeled every home and some were in fact “taken down” to the studs. Hedy really enjoys the creative side of remodeling, leaving a home in far better shape then when she purchased it, and improving the neighborhood as well. She and husband Tom just finished construction of their new home, in October 2006, which they built in record time. "I don’t get attached to homes, but I have loved living in each and every one of them".

Hedy was graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, majoring in marketing and finance. Her banking background has taught her professional skills that easily transfer toward understanding and explaining contracts to her clients, focusing on the details and managing negotiations during various stages in selling properties.
