John is the Employing Broker and Managing Broker for Mason Morse. He manages the Carbondale, Glenwood Springs and Mason & Morse Ranch Company division. He is a Colorado native who grew up on the western slope. He has served on numerous Realtor Committees and Task Forces at the local, state and national level from 1985 to 2006. He is an active Colorado Association of Realtors Senior Faculty member in the following courses: Real Estate Contracts, Agency & Brokerage Relationship, Finance, Construction, Risk Reduction, Ethics, and CREC Mandatory Course. In 1993 he served as CAR State President. John has testified as an expert witness since 1985, through-out Colorado, regarding Real Estate Practices, and testified for the Colorado Attorney General, Gayle Norton, in 1987, regarding Brokers practice and loan fraud. John has been an avid Real Estate teacher sent 1986, teaching many of the leading Realtors in today’s market. He was active in helping to create Senate Bill 223, Colorado Legislation Enacted January 1, 1994. John currently serves as the 2007 President for the Colorado Real Estate network regional MLS.
