John is the Managing Broker of Mason Morse Real Estate. He personally manages the Carbondale, Glenwood Springs and Redstone offices. He is a Colorado native and grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley. John has practiced Real Estate since 1980 and still lists and sells property; specializing in Bank owned properties and in addition serving a wide range of clients in our challenging market. John is highly regarded in the Real Estate industry throughout Colorado on many different levels. He has served as Colorado Association of Realtors 1993 President, coauthored Agency legislation that defines Broker relationships and their duties. He has testified as an expert witness for many cases including the Attorney General’s office. He is an avid Real Estate instructor, teaching a wide range of courses including among others, contracts, agency, financing, construction, Ethics and the Colorado Real Estate Commission mandatory course. He also continues to serve the local Association of Realtors as President of the Aspen, Glenwood Springs regional MLS and in leadership positions for the local Association of Realtors. He has been awarded numerous awards throughout his entire career.

Having been practicing Real Estate for over thirty years, John is even more passionate about serving the clients interest and doing his best to achieve their goals.
