Whether I'm keeping a long stride running along the Glenwood Canyon bike path, or helping a client to position their property for sale, I remain focused and intent to exceed all expectations. After spending over 30 years helping to serve my clients needs, I've found it's still an honor to work for them. For the 30 years they've used my services, I feel an obligation to be the very best I can be. My clients feel I am honest, I listen and I don't waste their time. Time is valuable to my clients, and I respect that.

You'll find I have a solid knowledge base in this market, its people and its properties. That includes all types of properties from residential to hotels and commercial properties, to subdivisions and ranches. I am a graduate of the Realtor Institute, have been awarded a Master of Real Estate and awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist, an award that less than 4% of Realtors have earned. I currently serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Glenwood Springs and am a Director for the Glenwood Springs Board of Realtors.
