Lori Kass, an Aspen Native, graduated from Aspen High School and went on to graduate college from San Diego State University. Lori’s been back and forth to area since, except for the ten years she spent in Iquique, Chile. In Chile, Lori owned and operated Mexican Restaurants. She was the president of the English Speaking Club of Iquique, taught conversational English to adults and beginning English to Taiwanese children all the while learning to speak fluent Spanish.
In 2002, she returned to the valley where she relocated to Glenwood Springs with her two girls, Francesca and Chelsi. Her first job back was at the front desk at Mason Morse where she learned the ins and outs of a Real Estate office. Her background in Real Estate began here, building listing packages, property files, marketing and helping with the Spanish speaking community in the property management department. One year into the job she got her Real Estate license and began selling. She moved to the office of The A-Team where she was a broker/owner, and eventually made her way back to Mason Morse where she is a Property Manager and Real Estate Broker.
Lori loves the area in the Roaring Fork Valley, not to mention coming back to friends and family and raising her kids with her friends’ children. “There’s nothing better than having so many of my grade school friends around me all the time. Knowing lifetime friends up and down the valley is an amazing tool when selling Real Estate” says Lori. The power of networking comes naturally to Lori. She’s friendly and intelligent, loves working in sales and enjoys all types of people. Her multi-cultural, bilingual life and her past experiences are invaluable when working in Real Estate and negotiating deals.
