Kim brings over 20 years of marketing and real estate management experience to her position, having directed the companys cutting-edge marketing programs and branding since 2006. She manages all in-house, marketing agency, and web resources to produce award-winning marketing pieces for the company, agents and development projects.
She was integral in the redesign of the Mason Morse website and Best Places Campaign in 2006, both of which received Bronze Addy’s from the Northern California America Advertising Federation. She integrated the new branding with their affiliation to Coldwell Banker, and has continued to receive acknowledgements and awards including the 2012 Best Overall Marketing Award and 2010 Best Overall Brand Integration Award recognized by Who’s Who Luxury Real Estate and LuxuryRealEstate.com.
Kim’s full time job and passion is putting Coldwell Banker Mason Morse and our client’s best face forward so that our properties catch the eye of the community. She is dedicated to introducing creative tools, strategic marketing and positioning, thoughtful media buying and branding. Collaboratively the in-house marketing department offers a relentless, thorough approach to the companies marketing efforts.
Kim has worn many hats throughout her years, and she draws from her prior experience in real estate including marketing, project management, due diligence and asset management in both the residential and commercial industry. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Mason Morse, Kim worked at Apartment Realty Advisors in Denver as Vice President of Operations. Kim has also worked for Sarofim Realty Advisors, Prologis, Archstone Smith, and Security Capital Atlantic.
Kim’s other passion is her family and taking advantage of all the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer.
