Will Herndon

MANAGER'S BIO - PRINT VIEW

President and CFO, Will oversees and manages all of the Company's operations. He is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of the Company's activities, in addition to daily management of the Aspen office. Will joined Mason Morse as CFO in 2005. Prior to that he worked at Dell Computer for over 8 years, holding several of senior management and division controller positions. In addition, he has worked in the U.S. and Asia with both private and public companies including Quaker Oats, American Airlines, Ernst & Young and Northland Telecommunications in a variety of consulting, financial and business planning roles. Will has a BA with majors in economics and business administration from The University of Puget Sound and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with an emphasis in Strategic Planning and Corporate Development.

Will grew up in Aspen, graduated from Aspen High School in 1983, and raced with the Aspen Ski Club (now AVSC). He is thrilled to be back in Aspen, “I am thankful and blessed to be able to return to my hometown and have a career that leverages the education and experience I gained during the 20 years I was away, and I am so happy to be able to enjoy Aspen again with my wife, Cindy, and our children, Lindsey and Matt.” Will is Chairman of the Aspen Ski Swap (an annual non-profit benefit event for the Aspen School District), Advisor to Roaring Fork Valley Young Life and a member of Crossroads Church. His favorite hobbies are skiing, mountain biking and travel.
