Michele Dechant

Michele has been in the Real Estate business since 1993. She started in Florida with East West Partners. Her experience includes on site development sales, home sites, single family homes, townhomes and condos on and off the golf course. Michele moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 1996 to work for the Hines Development River Valley Ranch in Carbondale which proved to be extremely successful. In 2001 Michele moved to Mason Morse Real Estate, which enabled her to branch out and expand her interests to ranch sales and development planning.
