Nancy Emerson's 33 years of experience with Mason & Morse in Carbondale, and her commitment to serve her clients' best interests, combine to make Nancy an especially valuable resource. She was honored as "Realtor Of The Year" in 1999 by the Glenwood Springs Board of Realtors.

A long time Carbondale resident, Nancy is consistently involved in a variety of community affairs. Nancy holds a degree in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College, as well as the CRB, CRS, GRI, MRE, REOS and SFR advanced real estate designations. She is also a certified Eco Broker. She is the top producer in the Carbondale real estate office. Nancy believes in a team approach to selling real estate which utilizes the skills of her specially trained assistant, Jason Hodges, in servicing the needs of her customers and clients. Nancy and her husband Bob have two grown children, Amanda and Michael.
