Paula Derevensky, GRI

In 1971, Paula a child of the ‘60s, fled the East Coast for the Roaring Fork Valley after graduating Ithaca College to indulge in skiing and the outdoor lifestyle. She has been a Realtor since 1979 when she first worked for Mason Morse. Paula has also been involved with both long and short-term property management since 1973.

With the depth of Paula's real estate experience in the Valley it is no surprise that she has a flare for assisting people to own or sell their homes as well as rent their property to screened and qualified renters. Still involved in our outdoor lifestyle and believing that it is important to "give back" to the community, Paula is a member of the Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors Scholarship Committee and an active member of the Roaring Fork Valley Chapter of the Colorado Archaeology Society.
