My Real Estate career began in 1985 when I received my license in Maryland and developed a specialization in new construction, tract home land acquisitions, and commercial and investment real estate in the surrounding metro areas of Washington DC and Baltimore. During those first years, I co-owned and managed a top producing real estate company. My passion, however, was to someday move to a mountain community for the improved quality of life for my children.
In the summer of 1993, my young children and I relocated to Whitefish Montana; scenic location of The Big Mountain Ski and Summer Resort. I was fortunate to be a major part of the ground floor real estate growth for this emergent ski area and local town. I managed the only "on mountain" real estate company and trained a very successful sales team of Resort Real Estate Professionals. My experience is vast from large tract acquisitions for subdivision development at the ski resorts, ski in & out single family homesites, Slopeside Condos & Townhomes, Lake Front homes, and Private Golf Course Communities.
From helping my clients select the perfect homesite, to assisting them throughout the entire construction process up to the very last detail, my knowledge and expertise are a true asset to my clients. In fact, my greatest delight is to provide the best quality service from start to finish for my clients, who are typically second home buyers.
In the year 2000, I met a local Aspen developer, Bob Bowden, who was developing a condo project at The Big Mountain Resort in Whitefish. Bob and I later fell in love, we were married and I moved to Aspen, Colorado.
