Sherry Rubin has consistently been a top producer in the Crystal River Valley real estate market for the past 10 years. Her experience, compassion for people, personal service and caring demeanor bring her clients back time and time again.
Since 1994, I have had the privilege to work with many great people and provide professional, personal service to Buyers and Sellers in their real estate transactions. When I have the opportunity to list a property, I share my knowledge and experience with the Seller by staging their home in the most positive, attractive manner so that it appeals to the Buyer. When working with a Buyer, I can offer them advice about altering rooms or making design changes so that a house transforms into a home that meets their family or personal needs. Buyers often find the property, but the home doesn’t match their needs. I enjoy creative thinking and feel that as a Realtor my experience in construction and design simply completes the circle.
My husband and I, along with our three terrific children, have made our home in Colorado for the past 35 years and have enjoyed the Crystal Valley for the past nineteen. During these years, I have enjoyed being a sponsor for Roaring Fork High School Student Council, served on Educational committees and have been involved in many youth activities. I am proud to say I have met many positive young adults along the way who will make a difference in our lives as they move forward in their careers.
I feel that one of the most important resources that we have in life is each other. I believe if we can share our thoughts and knowledge with each other without judging, we can make a positive addition to the world.
