Kim Briscoe manages the marketing and advertising department at Mason Morse, supporting seventy brokers. With 15 years of real estate experience including marketing, management, project management and oversight, she has the ability to juggle a high volume of interests successfully. Prior to joining Mason Morse, Kim worked at Apartment Realty Advisors in Denver as their Vice President of Operations. Kim has also worked for Sarofim Realty Advisors, Prologis, Archstone Smith, Security Capital Atlantic.

Kim moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2002 from Denver. She enjoys spending time hiking, boating, and sketching, and when not at work she loves to spend time with her husband and the kids.
