Jim McDaid, GRI

Jim was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia and spent the summers on the Jersey shore. He came to the Roaring Fork Valley in 1990 to ski for the winter and has never looked back. He quickly fell in love with the area and all it has to offer. As an avid fly fisherman, golfer, camper, skier and hiker, he quickly realized that everything he loves to do is right here in his backyard. He likes to tell people that “I live on vacation, I just happen to have a job”. “I realized that if I lived elsewhere I would spend 50 weeks a year working so I could come here on vacation.”

Jim is now ready to put his extensive knowledge of the Colorado and Roaring Fork river valleys to work for you. Being involved in so many activities has really put him in touch with all the area has to offer.
