Nancy Carlson, GRI

Nancy Carlson has lived in Glenwood Springs since 1979 with her husband and children and has loved every minute of it! Having watched the valley grow and change, she still considers it to be the best place to live, raise a family and work.

With over 20 years of sales experience, Nancy enjoys helping people discover just what they are seeking. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail and sincere desire to meet people's needs are a priority.

Her knowledge of the Roaring Fork Valley is enhanced by many hours of direct volunteering and fundraising in the schools, the Chamber of Commerce, Valley View Hospital and Defiance Community Theatre. Skiing, biking, camping and hunting give her an extra appreciation and respect for Western Colorado and the lifestyle it provides.

Nancy is happy to share her enthusiasm and love for the Roaring Fork Valley by helping her customers and clients find the perfect home or commercial property.
