Aspen Office
514 East Hyman Avenue
Aspen, CO 81611
I have been looking after buyers and sellers in the Aspen/Snowmass real estate market since 1972, and I am pleased to offer my expertise to assist you. You know, many individuals and families I have helped are surprised when they learn how much is involved in bringing a real estate sale to its successful conclusion. That is why it is so important that you choose an agent with considerable experience, a record of success...and one you like.

The word “professional” is tossed about far too liberally in the real estate business as well as other callings, but I am quite sure you will be pleased with how I represent your interests. From selling less expensive building sites and condominiums, to Red Mountain homes, and including considerable experience as marketing and sales director for the very successful Hunter Creek development, I have negotiated and consummated many significant sales. And I am equally pleased with the success enjoyed by Mason & Morse. As the Roaring Fork Valley’s most respected real estate firm, we provide a level of service that can’t be matched. To illustrate, we have represented more developments since opening our doors in 1961, and sold more property, than any other firm in the valley. With five offices (Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, Redstone and Glenwood Springs) and a full time staff of some 50 agents, the company closes a sale just about every day of the year! Why so successful? The cornerstone begins with our customers. Marketing properties from $5,000 to over $20,000,000 with equal dedication, and using our skills as coordinators, negotiators and communicators, Mason & Morse is dedicated to keeping your trust by providing the results you expect. Your business is important.

I have served my profession and the community as Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee (Ethics) of the Aspen Board of Realtors and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Aspen Chamber Resort Association. This latter post is an elected office representing the Realtors, attorneys, bankers, architects, insurance agents and doctors of the Aspen community. I have also taught a real estate class at Colorado Mountain College and served on the Growth Committee for the Aspen Area Community Plan, an important element in charting the course for Aspen’s future.

Away from the office, my wife Sally and I live on a small ranch overlooking the Roaring Fork Valley. Sally’s loves are her Quarter horses and gardening. I spend what time I can keeping up my skiing (a certified instructor) and keeping down my golf handicap (four years on the UCLA golf team).

“Good business makes good friends!”
