Dusty wears many hats for the Mason Morse team but his two primary roles are: Vice President of Sales, where he has responsibilities looking after all six Mason Morse offices; and Managing Broker of the Aspen office, where he leads the best group of real estate sales professionals in the Aspen market.
Since 1994, just after his under-graduate days at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), he has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley. He’s been involved in management and sales throughout his career, including the Snowmass Club, the Ute Mountaineer, Snowmass Real Estate Company, and BJ Adams & Company.
Since his introduction to the Mason Morse team back in the Spring of 2005, Dusty’s passion and energy for all things Mason Morse has grown exponentially. He often shares that he has “the best job in town and it’s all because of the team he gets to work with.” He’s come to realize that his role at Mason Morse is as much a part “coaching” from the wings as it is leading by example out in front, and he credits his success to the fact that he understands that each and every person working with him has a genuine story to tell and they are not just “adding to the bottom line”.
His wife Alexis and daughter Julia help him keep things balanced and in perspective while his frequent travels and his real estate investments fill his other off time. And, to top it off, getting out in the back country with friends, whether it is on his mountain bike or on his tele’s are the purest expression of why he loves living in the Roaring Fork Valley.
