Born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley, I know this valley is a unique and wonderful place. I am grateful for the opportunity to live here and so excited about being in real estate. My job is to fulfill people’s dreams whether it is finding and buying a property they have their heart set on, or marketing and selling a property at a price that represents true value. What better place to do this than a place that is part of my heart and that I know like the back of my hand? After skiing all the slopes, hiking and biking the trails, going to school here (graduated Salutatorian of my high school class at GSHS), floating the river countless times, and helping build the pedestrian mall in downtown Glenwood, it is so much fun for me to share my experience of this area with others.

I did venture away from the valley for several years to attend college in North Carolina at Wake Forest University, where I graduated with honors, and to work on Wall Street in New York City at Lehman Brothers for 4 Investment Professionals as a Series 7 and Series 66 registered Sales Assistant. During these years I honed my skills in leadership, negotiation, listening skills, perseverance, compassion, problems solving, and old fashioned hard work. At Wake Forest, my most defining moments were being Student Chair for the Year of Honor and Ethics, Student Body Secretary, Student Body President, and a Welcome Speaker for the Nationally Televised Presidential Debate of 2000 between Bush and Gore at Wake Forest University. In the Big Apple, I stayed busy as a 3 year volunteer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Pediatric Cancer Center in New York, Co-President of the New York City Wake Forest Alumni Association, a 2 year volunteer for the New York Mission Society, member of the Young Alumni Development Board for Wake Forest University and a Co-Chair of the Women’s Initiatives Leading Lehman Private Investment Management mentoring program (a diversity initiative) at Lehman Brothers. My years in North Carolina and New York were wonderful, broadening and very rich. However, it was only a matter of time before I heard the call of the Rockies and was ready to move back to Colorado.

What I missed most about the Roaring Fork Valley when I was away was that everyone is so friendly, helpful, kind and most importantly, genuine. Living and working here, I look forward to continuing that tradition, combining my strong set of personal characteristics with my knowledge of this area to help others. I love to work, so don’t hesitate to be in touch if I can be helpful to you!
