Nancy Quisenberry has been a resident of the Roaring Fork Valley for over 40 years. She fell in love with the mountains as a child, frequenting Estes Park and attending the Air Force Academy graduation. A ski trip to Aspen sealed the deal, and Colorado became her home. 

Nancy and her husband, Ric (the pilot), have raised their four children here and are involved in the Aspen, Basalt, and Carbondale communities in business, schools, and church activities. 

Nancy also shares her expertise, teaching skiing with the Aspen Skiing Company for over 30 years. The care and joy of working with clients from around the world are two attributes she brought with her into the Real Estate industry when she began in 2001. She is a certified Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and an Eco Broker. 

Some of her favorite things to do while not working are free skiing, hiking, biking, and playing tennis! Nancy's love of the outdoors is apparent; her playground is the beauty of nature and freedom. 

Nancy's vast real estate knowledge is evident in her ability to help find her clients their dream homes and assist in selling and listing properties. She has made many long-term relationships in her career with plans to make many more in the future.
