In 2017, drawn by her love for skiing and the mountain lifestyle, Amanda relocated from Santa Monica, CA to Aspen, CO. Her notable accomplishments include facilitating community approval for the Lift One Corridor Plan on Aspen's mountainside and spearheading numerous marketing campaigns for Slifer Smith and Frampton.

Embracing her passion for real estate, Amanda and her husband, Johnryan Flynn founded the Ajax Real Estate Team at Coldwell Banker Mason Morse in 2020, transitioning into luxury home and rental sales. In her first year alone, she impressively sold over $11 million in real estate. Building on this success, Amanda achieved a remarkable milestone by selling over $21 million in real estate in 2023, further cementing her reputation as a formidable force in the industry.

Currently, Amanda represents 11 luxury rentals in downtown Aspen and is an integral part of the Ajax Real Estate Team — a close-knit group united by shared goals, a drive for success, and a collaborative spirit.
