Carrie Bryant has had an extraordinary 25 year career in the Aspen/Snowmass real estate and hospitality industry since moving to the valley in 1987 and brings an infectious passion for the business and the Colorado lifestyle to everything she does.  She is happy to share her extensive experience acquiring investment property and help acquaint you with the market and the community that she loves! 
 
Born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Carrie graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
 
Carrie’s extensive career includes a stint at The Silvertree Hotel, Aspen Club Lodge (now Sky Hotel) where she served as Director of Sales and Marketing, and Coates, Reid and Waldron Real Estate and Property Management/ResortQuest International where she spent 5 years serving as Director of Sales and Broker Associate for their luxury vacation rental division.
 
In 2004, Carrie joined the newly formed Aspen Signature Properties as its first Broker Associate and Marketing Coordinator. During her 15 years with ASP, Carrie developed a reputation as a best in class luxury rental broker and a true leader in resort property sales.
 
Since joining Coldwell Banker Mason Morse 3 years ago Carrie’s production has been astounding; she represented the seller on one of the highest price per square-foot properties in Aspen, which sold for 4,275.94 per square-foot and she secured a single long term lease on a residential home for $790,000.
 
Besides selling real estate, Carrie loves running and hiking the endless trails in the area, traveling as much as possible, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband live in Basalt and own investment real estate throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.
