Joy White knows her clients and has become an expert in the real estate industry over the last decade.  She thrives on understanding her clients' motivations and being able to anticipate their needs.  Putting her clients’ needs first in every transaction comes effortlessly as she values being an advocate through the contracting process. Her hands-on approach in market knowledge, listing preparedness, contracting, and negotiation has propelled her to the forefront of the industry, winning her top producer awards locally and internationally in the Coldwell Banker network.

Joy was born and raised in Hawai’i, and she later moved to Kentucky, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Spanish.  She now lives in Glenwood Springs with her husband, who is a local educator, and has four daughters she has enjoyed sharing the world with.  Joy has been in the Roaring Fork Valley for two decades and relishes the splendid array of outdoor activities this area has to offer.  Joy is passionate about her family, swimming, gardening, mountain biking, river play, camping, along with experiencing different food and culture through traveling.

Joy volunteers as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the City of Glenwood Springs.   She has served in the non-profit sector through her work at Highwater Farm and the Andy Zanca Youth Empowerment Program.  Joy’s bilingual skills have helped Spanish-speaking clients realize their real estate goals.  Whether increasing your real estate portfolio, selling your family home, or entering the market for a first home purchase – choose Joy!

Nacida y criada en Hawái, Joy se trasladó posteriormente a Kentucky, donde obtuvo una Licenciatura en Artes en Español. Actualmente vive en Glenwood Springs con su esposo, quien es educador local, y es madre de cuatro hijas con quienes ha disfrutado compartir el mundo. Joy ha vivido en el Valle de Roaring Fork durante dos décadas y disfruta enormemente de la magnífica variedad de actividades al aire libre que ofrece esta región. Es una apasionada de su familia, la natación, la jardinería, el ciclismo de montaña, las actividades en el río y el campamento, además de descubrir distintas culturas y gastronomías a través de los viajes.

Joy es voluntaria como Comisionada de Planificación y Zonificación para la Ciudad de Glenwood Springs. También ha trabajado en el sector sin fines de lucro a través de su labor en Highwater Farm y el Programa de Empoderamiento Juvenil Andy Zanca. Sus habilidades bilingües han ayudado a clientes de habla hispana a alcanzar sus objetivos inmobiliarios.
