With over two decades of marketing and real estate expertise, Kim Briscoe has been at the helm of Coldwell Banker Mason Morse’s innovative luxury branding and marketing strategies since 2006. Her passion for showcasing the company and its properties through creative, strategic marketing has made her an invaluable asset to its success in an increasingly competitive market.

Kim led the redesigns of the Coldwell Banker Mason Morse website in 2012 and 2024, and was recently awarded the 2024 Best Website Award by Luxury Real Estate. She was also instrumental in the “Best Places” campaign, which earned Bronze Addy Awards from the Northern California American Advertising Federation. These initiatives are just a few examples of her commitment to ensuring that Coldwell Banker Mason Morse and its clients are always positioned at the forefront of the industry.

Kim is dedicated to introducing innovative tools and strategies that highlight the company’s diverse portfolio of luxury properties. Her work blends thoughtful media buying, creative direction, and meticulous branding that resonates with discerning clients. Collaboratively, she and her in-house marketing team take a relentless, detail-oriented approach to every campaign, helping the company’s properties stand out both locally and globally.

In addition to leading company-wide marketing efforts, Kim enjoys coaching brokers to help them enhance their personal branding and become more successful through strategic marketing support. She is passionate about empowering others to excel through tailored marketing strategies and branding approaches.

Before joining Coldwell Banker Mason Morse, Kim held key roles in real estate, including Vice President of Operations at Apartment Realty Advisors in Denver. Her experience spans residential and commercial marketing, project management, and asset management, having worked with leading firms such as Sarofim Realty Advisors, Prologis, Archstone Smith, and Security Capital Atlantic.

When she’s not spearheading marketing efforts, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and training her Leonberger, Waylon. She also expresses her creative side through photography and exploring new destinations, all while soaking in the beauty of the Roaring Fork Valley she calls home.
