Maria was amazing, easy to get along with, and from the start apparent that she would work hard to sell our house. In our particular circumstances, long story short, we had to list, then take it off the market for a while and list again. This created more work for Maria, but she did it all with a smile, even through a much-longer-than-usual closing!
