Audrey spent a very full 2 days with us setting up over 10 showings and touring us around the area. We are from out of state and needed to find a home for our family quickly, with minimal inventory that felt worth the money in our price range. We went a lot of different directions & Audrey & Gella supported each avenue we wanted to explore. When we finally found the home, there was a lot of back and forth initially with the sellers and then between the loan officer and meeting deadlines. Audrey & Gella were amazing at keeping us informed and making sure deadlines were met or extended as needed. We felt very well cared for throughout the daunting process of buying a home from a different state.

We love Nick Hough. This is the second time we've used Nick, both as buyers and sellers. Nick is very knowledgeable, responsive and guided us skillfully through price changes, negotiations and closing. Nick met the buyer at our lot and really sold him on the lot because Nick knows a lot about our lot and the area. We were concerned that in this market, it would be a difficult task to sell the lot. So, we're thrilled about selling our lot and working with Nick to make it happen. Give him a raise!
