Got an apartment through Bobbi for 13 months, good price for being 3 minute walk from downtown Glenwood. Had some plumbing issues at like month 9 but they were quickly resolved. Got my deposit back even though I left some junk in the apartment. Overall 8.5/10, pretty hassle free

Konnie was great to work with as usual! This transaction was a purchase of new construction which took nearly 14 months to complete. She was great at communicating the closing date changes as the construction was continually delayed. She stayed positive and was patient with me as new construction documentation is rather extensive.
