Maria was such an asset for this process. She was consistent in her postings & communication without being overbearing. She also had the inside scoop on the RFV and connected with other realtors in the area for houses that she expected to be on the market shortly. She was patient as I wasn’t in a rush to buy and worked with my schedule, as I don’t live in the area. She was knowledgeable about primary residences and secondary homes/investment properties. Susan was extremely helpful from start to finish. She helped me find the perfect rental for spring break in Aspen. She then proceeded to help me organize everything for the week. Jennifer is amazing! To say she went above and beyond to assist us through our home buying process out of state. This is the second time I have worked with Maria. Maria was patient with me, finding the perfect property and going back to see it multiple times. In addition, I happened to be VERY busy during the closing process, and Maria guided me through, making sure everything was done on time, and all the i's were dotted and t's crossed. Maria is the best!

Maria was a JOY to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and really knows what is going on in the market. She was beyond helpful in the process. She is quick to respond to any questions or concerns and it really feels she is on your team. We moved from out of town and she was able to accommodate several request for access to our new home for paint, carpet, inspections etc. when we were not able to be there physically. I would highly recommend working with Maria if you are looking in the Roaring Fork Valley.
