We've been looking at real estate (first at land) and then later on at properties for over 2 years. Jeremiah was very patient with us. We needed to sell our current residence, in order to get a new home and it wasn't easy in this market. We followed his lead and the stars aligned perfectly! We are very happy with the entire process and the closing on both homes, each transaction was handled just perfectly. We would definitely use him again!

Kajsa, Gella, and Audrey were great to work with. With my house being the first one that Kajsa was so involved with, I was very impressed with her abilities even though she had limited experience. I was always able to contact the three of them and they always had the answer or were willing to find it. Everyone that I dealt with was super friendly and were willing to walk me through each step of purchasing my first home. I would definitely recommend using Kajsa, Gella, or Audrey to anyone.

When I moved back to Colorado a few years ago, Konnie worked tirelessly to find the perfect property, which was not easy as there were only a few listings in the area at that time. Later, when it came time to resize my residence, Konnie came in with appropriate comps, and successfully sold the property within a few weeks, with back up offers in place. Konnie went above and beyond in both the role of both buyer and seller rep. I recommend Konnie to both list and/or to buy a property in the Roaring Fork Valley.
