Why Work With Us?

"While Greg was the point man for us with Chrissy, his words echo our sentiments. Chrissy gave us all the info we needed especially when there appeared to be a potential glitch with our Trust. With her patience and expertise, we went through that process without a hitch. Great job in every aspect."

"Chrissy Strom is a true find. She not only showed us what we asked for but also showed us what we didn't even know we wanted. She is a gem. There was never a time when she could not be reached, which when you are searching for your next home is truly important and may I say, a must. She  anticipated our every need, and fulfilled them. In the process of closing, she was totally professional, explaining the process in every detail. I can not recommend her highly enough. Most people going through searching for their next home will find the process overwhelming, Chrissy Strom makes that experience so much easier. I'm so happy she was there for us."

"Matt Tate has been an incredible advisor and agent throughout our real estate experience.  Since we first started working with Matt, he helped us turn around the rentals we  were getting for our single family home.  With his advice and expertise we listed our house at the peak of the market and went under contract very quickly.  We are so very grateful to have had Matt guide us through a complex and emotional sale.  He and his team handled every angle with utmost professionalism and were always 100% on top of every detail.  With Matt's dedication and advice, we have found a new property that fits our current needs perfectly.  And as we look towards the future, we hope to have Matt involved in any new projects we chose to take on. "

"Matt Tate sold our vacation home in Snowmass in late 2019. You couldn’t ask for a more attentive, professional Realtor. Matt handled every detail and walked us through every step of the process to prepare for, negotiate and close the sale efficiently. He matched our condo with the right buyer, and it sold quickly and at a favorable price. We couldn’t have been more impressed with the way Matt represented us and our property. "

"Maria kept us on track and had great recommendations / referrals throughout the process!"

"Maria is truly a great realtor. I cant recommend her enough. Shes an excellent communicator, very caring, even offered to help us move and clean. She hustled for us as we were under deadlines to move. We felt she made our experience less stressful and we really appreciated her assistance every step of the way."

"Maria was great to work with. She is dedicated but down to earth. She patiently addressed each of our concerns and helped us through the whole process efficiently."

"Maria helped me navigate a new-to-me process of real estate. She was always responsive to my questions and when she didn't have an answer she worked expeditiously to find one. Cannot thank her enough for her patience and guidance in buying my lot!"

"Maria Wimmer was absolutely fantastic! She helped us find our first home during an impossible market. Inventory was extremely low, prices were sky-rocketing, and she went above and beyond by knocking on doors of neighborhoods we liked, up at all hours of the day working on last-minute offers and counteroffers, and more. We had the most bizarre real estate experience in multiple ways (too long to explain), and she handled it all in such a beautiful way. We HIGHLY recommend Maria for both buying and selling in the Roaring Fork Valley!"

"Maria is diligent and hard working, with exceptional follow-through. We enjoyed working with her."
