Gella and Audrey guided us beautifully through a somewhat tricky purchase of our Carbondale home. I love that they really kept our ideas in mind and were looking out for our best interests all along. As first time home buyers, Tara helped us when we tried to initially buy a house a few years ago. She made such an impression that there was no question on who our broker should be, when both of us were finally ready Tara made sure that all of our needs/wants/questions were taken care of before we could even know what they were. She even went on vacation and still helped us make sure that everything was done before closing. 10/10 would recommend, the best.
