Food and wine experts coming to this years Classic include Jacques and Claudine Pepin, Marcus Samuelson, Christina Tosi, Tyler Florence, Dana Cowin and David Chang. These experts, along with a list of other guest speakers, will share their best of the best secrets, tips and tricks when it comes to food, wine and pairings.
While at the Classic, do not forget to stop by the Grand Tasting Pavilion where you will find more than 300 wines and luxury brands to sample. American Express will host its annual Restaurant Trade Program in the Pavilion, where you will be able to experience a unique education and networking event.
Do you run? Do you walk? Then you do not want to miss the Celebrity Charity 5K run. This annual race will be on the Friday morning of the Classic weekend. At the 2014 event, more than 450 locals and Classic attendees joined together to run and walk the streets of Aspen.
