On December 21, 2015Related received final approval on their major PUD amendment to finish construction on Base Village. Construction to complete the core of Base Village is slated to start in 2017, and will include The Limelight Hotel & Residences, a community purpose building and a new multi-purpose plaza filled with features such as an ice rink, fire pits, water feature and kids play area.
