Last January when Maria agreed to list my 154 acre ranch in Rifle, it had already been on the market for 3 1/2 years without producing a successful sale. Maria quickly consulted with her ranch experts and advertisement team for a swift and very effective campaign, which resulted in having the property under contract within five months! Maria never hesitated to 'walk the extra mile', including a live video on the ranch with horses, organizing a tour in a 'Buggy' for a prospective buyer or a 6:00AM visit all the way to Rifle to prepare the houses for a later showing! Bought a Single-family home in 2020 in Rifle, CO.
I contacted many realtors over the past few years of my home search. Let’s just say you need to be picky when selecting someone to work with, especially in today’s market. By the time you find a house for sale you are interested in-it seems like it’s already under contract. I was recommended Joy to me and it was the best decision and only reason I own the dream home I have today. Joy is so knowledgeable, very responsive, and always in such a happy mood! She was right there to answer every question along the way, share my excitement, and had the one up on all the other offers for the house I wanted!
