Joy is the best! It was our first time buying a home and we can’t imagine doing it without her. Joy answered all of our questions and also gave advice and suggestions that we didn’t know we needed. I started working with Chris Wyckoff a little over a year ago when I was looking for office space in Aspen. Chris had just started his real estate career and was eager to help me find a space. Fast forward to today (October 13, 2020) and Chris has helped me and my fiancé, Kyle, initiate and complete multiple real estate deals, including selling my condominim in Aspen, helping us find our current home in Basalt, purchasing a new office space in Basalt, and selling my fiancé’s house and property in Old Snowmass. Not only did Chris close these deals, but he went above and beyond and helped us move out of our condo, assisted Kyle in taking all of the furniture and things that needed to be thrown away to the dump multiple times, and was generally always available to help us in any way that we needed. I truly do not know of any other realtors who do any of those things. He was there for us not only as a realtor, but as someone who genuinely wanted to help us in all aspects of making big life decisions and moving from one place to the next. In multiple situations that were incredibly stressful and overwhelming, Chris helped make these things easier for us and was always there to lend a hand. That being said, by far the best thing about working with Chris, that I respect and admire the most, is his honesty and his heart. In the real estate world, especially in the Roaring Fork Valley, there are many cutthroat brokers who can be dishonest and manipulative in order to get deals done. Chris never wavers in his honesty and is genuinely such a good person, that we never doubted for one second that he always had our best interests at heart and would do the right thing by us, and in general. Kyle and I trusted him implicitly to always maintain our privacy, respect our decisions, and support us in whichever ways he could and he never let us down. In my opinion, there is nothing more important in a broker-client relationship. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough.

Maria Wimmer was absolutely fantastic! She helped us find our first home during an impossible market. Inventory was extremely low, prices were sky-rocketing, and she went above and beyond by knocking on doors of neighborhoods we liked, up at all hours of the day working on last-minute offers and counteroffers, and more. We had the most bizarre real estate experience in multiple ways (too long to explain), and she handled it all in such a beautiful way. We HIGHLY recommend Maria for both buying and selling in the Roaring Fork Valley!

Maria worked extremely hard to find a home for us in a very challenging market, and we are so pleased with the house she found for us. She went above and beyond, finding creative ways to get a foot in the door before homes hit the market, and she was not afraid to go to bat on our behalf. She is well connected throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, which means she hears about potential sales quickly. And she's just an all-around great person to hang out with throughout the real estate process!

Bought Vacant Land in 2020 in Glenwood Springs, CO.
Joy did an excellent job helping my husband and me buy property locally last month. We walked into her office needing help that day and Joy jumped right on it and got our offer in on time and took extra steps to help our offer be successful. She was with us every step of the way, communicated with us regularly, and had our best interests at heart. She is highly professional, an excellent communicator, and has her client's back all the way. We have another property listed with Joy right now and will return to her for future real estate needs. Kirsten Morey is not your typical broker. In addition to being professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable, she is an excellent communicator and ensures her clients are well informed and educated every step of the way (without being pushy). She is reachable and returns emails/calls promptly – a rare find among many agents. She works tirelessly to make sure all parties involved are happy and helps set realistic expectations about the process. She has the ability to make you feel like a priority, another rare find among agents. Buying or selling a home is stressful and Kirsten made the process easy and smooth, particularly in a difficult time such as the Covid-19 pandemic. I can’t say enough good things about her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!
