Maria was both our selling and listing agent for the same house, all within a year! She was very helpful at guiding us through this process. Her communication, and mediation skills helped all (stubborn) parties involved reach an agreement and close on the house. Maria is a Carbondale local, and knows both the Roaring Fork and Crystal Valley extremely well. I would highly recommend her!
