The Roaring Fork Valley is a great place to call home. If you are relocating, moving up, moving down, or getting out of town, Maria will cover all bases when representing you. Maria did a great job getting the house front and center in the market; going into fall and winter, it can be a tough time to sell but we came to the closing table and all parties were happy. Working with Sarah Murray resulted in one of the best outcomes imaginable: our dream home in Carbondale. At our request, Sarah showed us a number of houses at River Valley Ranch. After touring these homes, we realized they were perfect for someone else, just not for us. What we discovered through honest conversation with Sarah was that we really wanted an empty lot where we could design and build a house that fit our unique needs. Sarah never once pushed us toward a completed home, though her commission would have been far greater. Instead, with her relentlessly upbeat personality, she selflessly encouraged us to get what was right for us, a customer focus not seen nearly enough these days. Sarah was a joy to work with, and to our great pleasure, has since become a close friend. We are truly blessed to have her in our lives, both personally and professionally.
