Bought a Townhouse in 2019 in Glenwood Springs, CO.
As a nervous first-time home buyer with a lot of questions and a turtle-like pace in making decisions, I knew buying a home was going to be a challenge. Joy was great in her response time and explaining the finer details of the home-buying process, and created a no-pressure environment. She was great at advising on the negotiations with the seller and did an amazing job at organizing a 30-day closing. She also has an uncanny superpower of being able to smell if there were previous pets in the house.
