I have had the pleasure of working with Bobbi Hodge for the past two years, and have greatly appreciated her expertise in managing my rentals in Glenwood. She is extremely thorough with her new renters, both on move-in and move-out dates, as well as thoroughly vetting prospective new renters. She's great at making sure my rentals are well-maintained, and has a good sense of cleanliness and order she applies to the units. She communicates with me whenever an issue arises that she needs an owner response to, or handles other issues that don't on her own.I would recommend Bobbi and Coldwell Banker/Mason Morse highly.

Joy makes the stressful process of selling a home fun and enjoyable! She helped me and my mom sell my mom's condo. My mom is VERY particular and gets stressed out very easily. Joy promptly and patiently responded to all of my mom's questions and needs. Joy is also very knowledgeable about the housing market and provided us with invaluable advice regarding pricing and negotiating. Joy is hard-working and always willing to go the extra mile because she truly cares about her clients.
