I wanted an agent who would work for me. I didn't want someone who only worked when they felt like it. I knew that Joy would care about me as a person. She was amazing. She sold my home in 4 months in the winter! She kept me from dropping of an emotional cliff and she helped me buy another home. I think everyone should use Joy as their agent!

Being a first-time home buyer and extremely specific, Joy honed in and didn't pressure me to look at or to consider homes out of my budget or my taste. I appreciated the few emails a week of listings and the ease of setting up showings with Joy. A+. Joy saved us a lot of $$, and we had fun finding our dream house. Joy came highly recommended. We wanted a perfect home without a bunch of junk email from our realtor. Joy took the time to understand what we were looking for. Then, she found listings that would work and did not waste our time with others. She showed me a ton of houses and was very patient (hey, I am picky!). Then she negotiated the deal like a pro--especially after inspection. She let us know what to expect, so the process was smooth. Also, Joy has a great reputation and is highly regarded by local realtors. So, she knew the personalities on the other side, which was very helpful!! Plus, she is extremely cool and a lot of fun to spend time with--so it was never a drag to work with her. You could not find a better agent to represent you in Glenwood Springs.

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2016 in Silt, CO.
We found a house and wanted to put an offer on it! The selling agent of the home gave us Joy's number to contact. From the moment we met her we knew she was going to be our realtor!!! She is amazing! We ended up being under contract for 4 months! Crazy huh!! Joy went the extra mile to help us get our home. She is truly incredible and very good at what she does! We could not have been more pleased. If you need a realtor Joy is the one!!! She is our realtor for life!!!!!!
