My realtor, Susan Hershey, is not only my realtor, she is also now my friend. We met back in 1989 after I decided to summer in Aspen for three months every year with our young sons. Thru the process of looking for homes in Aspen and the surrounding areas I got to know Susan and her family quite well. Susan possesses that distinct quality of making you feel comfortable asking a thousand questions during the real estate transaction process. She has helped us find rental properties and homes to purchase. One summer we were renting in the far West End and Susan called me as she found a home under construction by a builder whose homes I had admired while I was looking a few years back. I was so excited I walked literally from the West End to the far East End to see this house. Susan was exactly right, it was the home we wanted. With every transaction, she has been patient, encouraging, diligent in helping us see everything we wanted to until we were absolutely sure we found the right property. I have recommended Susan countless times to friends who later thanked me for doing so. I’ve even approached realtors in other cities about working with Susan to sell properties because I had so much faith in her relationship skills and business acumen.

Emma has been our broker for many years and has always been successful and smooth in our transitions.
