Why Work With Us?

"Nancy did a fine job."

The best real estate team I have ever worked with. They were so knowledgeable, communicative and trustworthy. I wouldn’t buy another home in the valley or Colorado for that matter without using Amanda and her team. Best in the business

Thanks so much for your help Brian!

Yes. Brian and Tommy are very professional and very personable

Brian has helped me throughout the years with land purchase, selling my land, purchasing multiple offices, selling an office and purchasing my home. I will always select Brian for all future purchases /selling property. He is a very kind person and definitely patient with me. He has shown me so many properties in past and never got frustrated with me. When I find the right property he is always there to make sure I make all the deadlines. Overall, where ever Brian goes, I will always select him! Thanks so much Brian!

Bobbi was amazing to work with

Got an apartment through Bobbi for 13 months, good price for being 3 minute walk from downtown Glenwood. Had some plumbing issues at like month 9 but they were quickly resolved. Got my deposit back even though I left some junk in the apartment. Overall 8.5/10, pretty hassle free

I have had the pleasure of working with Bobbi Hodge for the past two years, and have greatly appreciated her expertise in managing my rentals in Glenwood.  She is extremely thorough with her new renters, both on move-in and move-out dates, as well as thoroughly vetting prospective new renters. She's great at making sure my rentals are well-maintained, and has a good sense of cleanliness and order she applies to the units.  She communicates with me whenever an issue arises that she needs an owner response to, or handles other issues that don't on her own.I would recommend Bobbi and Coldwell Banker/Mason Morse highly

We have had many experiences with property managers in many different parts of the U.S. over the last 35 years We rate  Bobbi at COLDWELL BANKER MASON MORSE  as # 1. She is a great decision maker and keeps us up to date and informed.

Bobbie Hodge has been our Property Manager for many years now.  I have been overly impressed by her business sense and prompt assistance when needed.  She has been my savior for when I'm unable to make HOA meetings which in our busy world is priceless.  If I were to recommend anyone to my family or friends, it would be her.
