We were very pleased to have Jamie Maybon at Coldwell Banker Mason Morse represent us in a residential real estate deal last year. The property being sold was “unique” to say the least with acreage, water rights, and other complications.  Two other realtors had had the listing over the two prior years but failed to generate serious interest from potential buyers.  Jamie changed that right away. The offer that we ultimately accepted was nearly as “unique” as our property; the buyer had a complex contingent transaction of his own to close and his realtor was more of a hindrance than help. Despite all of these complications.
