Jamie Maybon was recommended to us (by another satisfied buyer) when we first considered moving to the Roaring Fork Valley a couple of years ago. This was our fourth home purchase.  We previously built a home in Olathe, KS, then bought a home in Springfield, MO, and bought most recently in Oklahoma City, OK. Jamie carefully listened to our list of necessities and wishes, providing us with an endless supply of listings.  She briefed us on the nuances of buying a home in the area (including water rights and actually tasting the water). She happily showed us every house we showed interest in, over the course of a year and a half, while helping us get familiar with the area. Many visits to the Valley and many days of house shopping later, with no success at finding the right home, Jamie called us to set up a FaceTime tour of a house which had previously been above our price point. She was pretty sure that this would be our house, and she was right! She expertly and patiently navigated us through purchasing and closing on the house. We are so thrilled that we get to live in this home which is perfect for us, from the location, views, décor, to the size and specific amenities. We have already referred Jamie to friends who are getting ready to sell, and would not hesitate to recommend Jamie to any else interested in buying or selling in the Valley.

As a first time home buyer I was more than a bit apprehensive about making such a large investment. Jamie was more than patient as my husband and I toured a number of possible homes and accommodated our hectic work schedules. I met Jamie back in 2012 when a friend and co-worker recommended her to me.
