I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Ashley. This was only our second time purchasing a home, which meant we still had very little knowledge about the process. To add to that, we were relocating from Ohio. Ashley was extremely hands-on throughout the entire home-buying process. Being in different time zones and having to work around our family's schedule, she was still always available when we needed her. It was scary to buy a home without seeing it in person. We did everything over video chat from the first showing to the final walkthrough and closing. Her thoroughness with inspecting and following up on things that we couldn't do in person really helped to take the pressure off of us. When we finally got to see the house in person (move-in day), everything was perfect. She had even hired a crew to clean the house right before we got there.
